An invitation from an Italian citizen or a foreign citizen legally residing in Italy. The invitation must be of the established form. The invitation must indicate the duration of the invited person's stay in Italy, the place of residence, it must be signed by the inviting person. The invitation may be provided electronically.
Notarized power of attorney for the submission of documents - is issued by any notary according to our sample (we will send it by e-mail)

Invitation
The invitation must be from an Italian company, a foreign branch of an Italian company, or an Italian branch of a multinational company (scan copy, fax). The invitation must include the number of registration with the Chamber of Commerce and the following data:
Full name of all invited persons, position and place of work
Period of the requested visa
Planned activities of those invited in Italy (e.g. visits to factories, unpaid internships in companies, ordering materials, etc.) indicating the places of visit
An institution or individual in Italy that bears all expenses for the guest's accommodation, meals and health insurance
The invitation must be issued on the letterhead of the company, certified by the seal and signature of the responsible person of the Italian organization with the decoding of the signature. The invitation must state: "The inviting firm is criminally liable for the entire duration of the foreign citizen's stay if he violates the legislation on emigration" (DL 286, DEL 23.7.1998, ART, 12). If the applicant is accompanied by relatives, the invitation shall indicate their personal data and the purpose of the trip "accompaniment".

Copy of the passport of the representative of the Italian organization who signed the invitation (pages with personal data and personal signature)
Certificate from the Chamber of Commerce (visura camerale) of the inviting company with a validity period of not more than 6 months (copy)
Documents confirming commercial relations with the host: a copy of the contract with the inviting company; copies of invoices, invoices relating to recent purchases, etc.
A copy of the certificate of registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of the company, of which the applicant is an employee.
